I bought the Stinger Premium as I considered the GT too fast and furious for me. The Premium has the best of both worlds, great handling and nice luxury and safety features. It has plenty of power for me without being over kill. The looks are great, people cant quit staring. One man approached me in a parking lot and asked me if itwas a Porsche Panamera. My only complaint is the gas mileage which is disappointing but I knew that before I bought it and felt the trade off was fine. Im hoping that the quality is the same as all other Kias. Love this car so far, not much that I would change.
  • Swift, comfortable, and fun to drive.

I love this car. It is really quick and turns heads. I have almost daily thumbs up and people asking me about it. I have the ceramic gray, which is unique. There are some issues, though. The stereo keeps changing focus to the rear seat, and the traffic on current route in the navigation does not work. The stereo is amazing and it is very comfortable. My highway mileage is about 23, combined is about 15, which is horrible. Though I bought this car for smiles per gallon, not miles per gallon, and I can use regular or premium.
  • It's not a Corvette, but it doesn't pretend to be.

It's got a couple of bugs, but heck if it doesn't drive crisply and precisely! Didn't know how much I needed heads up display or 360-view until I had them. Didn't know how much I needed 365 horsepower with AWD until I had them. It's smooth and quiet, and the suspension and drive train are first class, although we have some rough roads here in Ohio (I know, yours are worse) and a setting for rough road would be nice. It goes when you tell it to and it goes where you tell it to, no fuss (even at "highway speeds" - wink, wink); and most importantly it slows quickly when you tell it to (straight as an arrow -- again, no fuss). Launch control (oh, did they not tell you about that?) proceeds smoothly and without fuss and all of a sudden you are moving like a flying mammal from Hades. It's somewhat uncomfortable to get into, but the seats and electronically adjustable steering wheel (tilt/ telescope) make it worth the extra effort. I hate, hate, hate when the engine shuts itself off at a stop because I forgot to switch the feature off when I started it (dumb default, and isn't it bad for a turbocharged car anyway?). Fuel mileage is not great, but not below 20 MPG unless I really use those turbos, and 25 MPG does happen in ECO. About the bugs, sometimes the entertainment system won't play (it IS on smarty pants), I haven't even taken it in yet 'cause I can't replicate the issue on demand). But I have to say that I don't understand people who have a technical issue (which speaks to reliability) and out of spite review the STYLING with a 3! Really?
